Indo City Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 02, 2015, <BR>has accepted the resignation of Ms. Shagun Daga, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from March 02, 2015.<BR><BR>In the same meeting, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Pusola, CFO of the Company, has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company.
