Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 21, 2014, inter alia, for taking on record the Un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 10, 2014 and shall end after 24 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
