INDOCO REMEDIES LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend

Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. payment of final divided of Rs. 1.60 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each i.e. 80% for financial year 2014-15 subject to approval of members. The dividend when approved at the AGM will be paid on or after August 05, 2015 to those shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as on the record date.<BR><BR>2. the Audit Committee was reconstituted with the induction of Mr. Sharad Upasani, Independent Director as a member of the Audit Committee w.e.f. May 27, 2015.
