| With reference to earlier announcement dated April 10, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014, Indowind Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that M/s. Soura Capital Pvt. Ltd, one of the Promoters and Promoters Group Companies of Indowind Energy Ltd, has purchased 7,50,000 shares from the stock market on March 31, 2014, which was informed to the stock exchanges on April 01, 2014. However the shareholding pattern as on March 31, 2014 did not include the above purchased 7,50,000 shares in the Promoters and Promoters Group Companies of the Company as the benpos as on that date did not include this purchased shares of M/s. Soura Capital P Ltd. <br/><br/>Further, the above mentioned 7,50,000 shares purchased by the Promoter and Promoter Group of Companies is to be reckoned for the purpose of calculating the quantum of shares purchased by the Promoter and Promoter Group Companies, for the Financial Year 2013-14.<br/><br/>The Company has submitted to BSE the Revised Shareholding Pattern for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 | |
