With reference to the earlier letter dated October 26, 2015, regarding meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, Indraprastha Gas Ltd has now informed BSE that due to certain unavoidable circumstances now meeting of the Board of Directors has been rescheduled on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. October 31, 2015 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are made public on November 07, 2015.
