Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2014 to May 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014 on May 28, 2014 for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.<br/><br/>The Trading Window shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on May 30, 2014.
