Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 on November 07, 2014 for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.<br/><br/>The Trading Window shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on November 09, 2014.
