| Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank had, in their meeting held on October 13, 2014, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Romesh Sobti as Managing Director and CEO of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. February 01, 2015, subject to approval of the Reserve Bank of India.<BR><BR>Further the Bank has informed that, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) have conveyed approval for the re-appointment of Mr. Romesh Sobti as Managing Director and CEO, for the period February 01, 2015 to January 31, 2018. | |
