Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Finance Committee of the Board has on December 09, 2016, allotted 15,000 Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds in the nature of Debentures of Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each at par to the identified investor(s) on Private Placement basis, for an amount of Rs. 1,500 crores (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred crores only).<BR><BR>The aforesaid Bonds will be issued in dematerialised form and will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
