Info-Drive Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia:-<BR><BR>- To Consider and approve the Audited financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended/year ended March 31, 2016 (both Standalone and Consolidated) and Auditors Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both dates inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in Securities of the Company shall reopen from June 02, 2016.
