Info-Drive Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia:-<BR><BR>1. Approval of the Annual Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approval of the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation] 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers, designated employees of the Company from May 21, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both dates inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in securities of the Company shall reopen from June 03, 2015.
