Infosys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider:<br/><br/>1. The audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company closed the trading window in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on June 16, 2014 and the trading window will open on July 14, 2014.
