Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Venkatesh Valluri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, has resigned from the services of Ingersoll - Rand Technologies and Services Private Limited to pursue other professional interests outside of the organization. The Company has received a communication dated December 12, 2014 from Mr. Valluri and he will be relinquishing his position as "President - Ingersoll Rand, India Region" effective close of working hours on December 15, 2014.<BR><BR>Mr. Venkatesh Valluri has confirmed that he will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company until March 31, 2015.
