Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, ;<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider and discussion on increase the Authorised Share Capital.<br/><br/>3. To consider and recommend on issue of Bonus Shares.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window shall be remaining closed from October 15, 2014 to October 30, 2014 for the above said purposes.
