Inter Globe Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Also, Mr. Anirban Dutta, Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in the Board Meeting held on May 30, 2016 with immediate effect.
