| IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record:<br/><br/>1. the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1);<br/><br/>2. to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further the Company confirm that as per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from July 15, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. | |
