This is to inform you that pursuant to provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct , the trading window shall remain close for purpose to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 from 4th November, 2017 and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.<BR> <BR> <BR>
