ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on December 20, 2016 issued and allotted 19,77,220 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,97,722 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from December 20, 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1212,13,61,981/- divided into 1212,13,61,981 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
