ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on October 16, 2015 issued and allotted 23,49,800 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 2,34,980 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.<BR><BR>Consequently, with effect from October 16, 2015, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 802,88,44,871/- divided into 802,88,44,871 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
