ITL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, for transactions of following businesses;<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt the accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015. <BR>2. To consider & recommend dividend, if any.<BR> <BR>Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/ designated employees of the Company for the above purpose from May 25, 2015 to till the expiry of 24 hours from declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015 of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
