ITL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to transact following business:<BR><BR>- To Consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (UFR) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company for the above purpose from November 02, 2015 to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
