IVRCL Ltd, M/s. IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd, M/s. RIHIM Developers Pvt. Ltd and M/s. IVRCL TLT Pvt. Ltd, and their respective shareholders", the Scheme was approved with the requisite majority. | |
