With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Reliance Infra in Talks to Buy Rs. 2K - Cr Road Projects", IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd has clarified to BSE that:<br/><br/>"1. We have no comments on the first para regarding M/s. Reliance Infrastructure is being in talks to acquire road projects.<br/><br/>2. With reference to the 2nd para, as per the news report itself, our Senior Official denied talking to Reliance Infrastructure. We are continuously looking at divesting in our assets. The same has been in the public domain. If any transaction consummates, we will keep the investors informed through the Exchanges.<br/><br/>3. We have no comments on the other parts of the report."
