IVRCL Assets and Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that by an order made on January 24, 2012 in the above Company application, the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Transferor Company i.e., IVRCL Assets and Holdings Limited, be held at KLN Prasad Auditorium, Federation House, FAPCCI, Red Hills, Hyderabad - 500 004 on February 27, 2012 at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving, with or without modification(s), the proposed Composite Scheme of Arrangement between IVRCL Limited, IVRCL Assets and Holdings Limited, RIHIM Developers Private Limited and IVRCL TLT Private Limited and their respective shareholders.
