IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is having Joint Statutory Auditors and one of the Joint Statutory Auditors M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells has resigned as Statutory Auditor.<br/><br/>The Company has decided to continue with one Statutory Auditor i.e. M/s. Chaturvedi and Partners who will continue as Statutory Auditor till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
