| JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2015, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the Company inform that as per Company's code of conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors/ designated employees of the Company from January 01, 2015 to February 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2014. | |
