Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has approved the re-appointment of (i) Mr. Mahendra Mohan Gupta as Chairman and Managing Director (ii) Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Whole Time Director designated as 'Chief Financial Officer' (iii) Mr. Dhirendra Mohan Gupta, Mr. Sunil Gupta and Mr. Shailesh Gupta as Whole Time Directors for the period of 5 years w.e.f. October 01, 2016. There re-appointment are subject to approval of shareholders.
