ICICI Securities Ltd ("Manager to the Buy back Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of Letter of Offer dated November 29, 2013 regarding Buyback of up to 50,00,000 fully paid up equity shares of face value Rs. 2 each (Equity Shares) by Jagran Prakashan Ltd ("Target Company") on a proportionate basis through the tender offer process at a price of Rs. 95 per Equity Share (the Buyback).
