With reference to earlier letter dated August 04, 2017 regarding the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, on August 14, 2017 to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financials of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017, It has now informed that due to want of quorum the Board meeting stands adjourned and scheduled on August 18, 2017 (Friday) at 5:00 PM (IST)<BR> <BR> Further, in this connection the date of closure of trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations is extended upto August 23, 2017 and will re-open on August 24, 2017.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take note of the above.
