Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2014, inter alia, has Recommended Dividend on Ordinary Equity/DVR Equity Shares @ Rs. 0.50 per share (25%) of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders at ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting.
