With reference to the earlier letter dated January 14, 2017, Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has now informed BSE that Company's Wholly owned subsidiary, Jain International Trading B.V, Netherlands (the "Company") has mandated Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers and Barclays, Nomura and Rabobank as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Hong Kong, Singapore and London commencing on January 18, 2017. A Regulation S only offering of USD-denominated senior green bonds (the "Notes") may follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated B+ by S&P and B+ by Fitch. FCA / ICMA stabilization applies.
