Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to review, finalise and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board shall also consider recommending to Shareholders at 29th AGM a Dividend on Ordinary Equity Shares and DVR Equity Shares of the Company in the same meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the Audited Consolidated Financial Results and Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2016 to the Exchange as soon as the Board Meeting approves the same on May 30, 2016 and Form A/B as the case may be as per Regulation 33 (3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015.<BR><BR>The Trading Window shall be closed from May 15, 2016 to May 30, 2016 or 24 hrs after conclusion of Board Meeting to be held to consider Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 as per SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
