Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to make an application to the Central Government to obtain its approval for payment of Managerial Remuneration as approved by the Members of the Company in its 28th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2015, in view of exceeding limits under Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 for period of appointment, if any.
