Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 10, 2014 has allotted 213,373,416 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the applicants at the Issue Price of Rs. 70.27/- per Equity Shares (including Rs. 68.27/- towards share premium), against receipt of full payment on application, aggregating approx. Rs. 1499.37 Crores from the applicants.
