Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2015, inter-alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain close for Directors and Senior Management Personnel of the Company from July 07, 2015 to July 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
