Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on inter alia, has approved the following :<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Company Secretary.<br/><br/>Shri Ashutosh Mishra, appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. April 30, 2014 in place of Shri A D Karajgaonkar, who ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on account of superannuation.<br/><br/>2. Change of Nominee Director - IDBI Bank Limited<br/><br/>IDBI Bank Limited has withdrawn the nomination of Shri S K Sachdev, General Manager and appointed of Shri Rakesh Awasthi, General Manager as its Nominee in his place w.e.f. March 26, 2014.
