| Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, consider the following business as under:<BR><BR>- Standalone and Consolidated Audited Annual Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Specified Persons from May 24, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
