Jaypee Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Companys shares/securities.
