JCT Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2015, have approved the following resolutions subject to the statutory approvals:<BR><BR>1. Conversion of Preference Shares into Equity Shares.<BR><BR>2. Re-classification of Authorised Share Capital.<BR><BR>3. Fresh Issue of Preference Shares to Promoters and/or its Associates.<BR><BR>4. Re-appointment and Increase of remuneration of Mr. Samir Thapar - Chairman and Managing Director.
