JCT Ltd has informed BSE that the Allotment Committee, constituted by the Board in their meeting held on March 28, 2016, had approved the allotment of 13,333,333 Equity Shares of Rs. 2.50 each at a price of Rs. 7.50 each to Provestment Securities Private Limited, a Promoter group company, in lieu of conversion of 10,00,000 Optionally Convertible Preference Shares (OCPS) of Rs. 100 each.
