Jenson & Nicholson (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, inter alia, has passed the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board took on record the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Gautam as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 10, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board considered and approved the proposal to form a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.<BR><BR>3. The Board considered and approved the assignment of Trade Marks/Brands to proposed wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.<BR><BR>4. The Board considered and approved the Amended Notice of Annual General Meeting.
