This is in continuation of our letter dated 30/08/2017 sent to you regarding cancellation of Board Meeting as instructed by the then Interim Resolution Professional ('IRP') which was due to be held on 31/08/2017 for approval of financial results for quarter ending June 30, 2017, in this regard we wish to inform you that we have received another letter from the Resolution Professional ('RP') [copy of that letter is duly enclosed] instructing us that on Tuesday, 24th day of October, 2017 at 12:00 noon at 1 Link Road, Jangpura Extention, New Delhi- 110014, the RP shall inter-alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company on standalone basis for the Quarter ended June 30, 2017 subject to the observations as contained in such duly enclosed letter dated October 17, 2017.<BR>
