With reference to the earlier letter dated December 29, 2014 regarding the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company (Jindal Poly Films Limited) and Jindal Photo Limited was deferred by the Board of Directors for further discussions.<BR><BR>Jindal Poly Films Ltd has now informed BSE that a Board meeting of the Company will now be held on January 12, 2015 to discuss and approve a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company (Jindal Poly Films Limited) and Jindal Photo Limited.<BR><BR>Further, Trading Window will be closed from January 05, 2015 to January 13, 2015.
