We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved inter-alia the following matters, in its meeting held on today: Expansion plans for Company's India operation by way of investment of Rs. 350 Crores in: A. Polyester Line H, (PET). B. C.P. Plant for manufacturing of Polyester Chips to be used for internal consumption to manufacture BOPET Film. After commencement of Line, the combined capacity of BOPET films will be totaling to 1, 82, 000 TPA.
