Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mr. Girish Sharma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from May 29, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Subject to necessary approvals, the Board has resolved to acquire / incorporate four subsidiary companies with an initial investment of upto Rs. 10 lacs each, aggregating to total investment of upto Rs. 40 lacs.
