Jindal Stainless Ltd has informed BSE that the following:<BR><BR>"Jindal Stainless Limited (the Company) has received Observation Letters from BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on the draft Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Jindal Stainless Limited, Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited, Jindal United Steel Limited and Jindal Coke Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.<BR><BR>Further, the Company is taking necessary steps inter alia to file the Composite Scheme of Arrangement with the Honble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, for the effective implementation of the Scheme in accordance with applicable laws."
