JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, inter alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window for designated employees, Directors of the Company shall remain closed from July 18, 2014 and shall reopen on July 27, 2014. During this period, the Designated Employees, Directors and their dependents shall not to deal in the shares of the Company.
