JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, read with Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
