We wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the Board at its meeting held today, which commenced at 1.30 P.M. and concluded at 4.15 P.M., inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June 2017. The Results have also been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR> In this connection, we enclose herewith the following:<BR> a. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 on consolidated basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 14th August 2017 of the Auditors.<BR> b. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 on standalone basis alongwith a copy of the Limited Review Report dated 14th August 2017 of the Auditors.<BR> c. A copy of the press release issued by the Company after the said Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> <BR>
