JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from May 16, 2015 to May 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, to approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.
